Richardson Civic Art Society (RCAS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization who are profoundly thankful for the generous and ongoing support of the City of Richardson through the city's Cultural Arts Commission. Their belief in the importance of art inspires and empowers us every day.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Richardson Civic Art Society (RCAS), devoted to charitable and educational initiatives in the arts. From our home in Richardson, Texas, RCAS organizes and supports Visual Arts events that uplift our community and inspire artists to pursue excellence.
